• Bil-Aire RV Park is an all-age community.
• Refurbished electrical pedestals with 100 amp services with 50, 30, 20 plugins.
• All spaces are comparable to each other with ample space.
• Background check of all people in the household 18 years of age and older.
• Our community will endorse the HUD guidelines and Federal Law, which prohibits the use of Marijuana on site, and further, we support the crime-free addendum in full.
• Security lights and cameras throughout the park.
• No pets are allowed in the Park except for assistive animals, unless expressly approved by the Park.
• Restaurants, shopping, laundry and neighborhood park close in proximity.
